Chicago activists states surveillance camera shows Kenneka walking into freezer by herself. (Video)
Andrew Holmes, a Chicago community activist who has been working with the family of Kenneka Jenkins, revealed that the teen walked into the freezer on her own will. Holmes said he watched surveillance footage from the Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare Hotel, which allegedly shows Jenkins walking into the freezer after taking an elevator to a lower level of the hotel.
Holmes added that Jenkins seemed disoriented while wandering around and opening several doors before walking in the freezer, where she was found dead. He told the media, "It was just an accident waiting to happen."
According to the Chicago Tribune, Police have offered to show the video to Jenkins' mother Tereasa Martin. So far, Martin says she's not seen the video.
